Dr. Panchanadikar completed his MBBS and MD in Pediatrics at Bharati Hospital & Research Centre, Pune, graduating with distinctions and university gold medals. Driven by an interest in pediatric gut health, he pursued an intensive two-year Fellowship in Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, trained under renowned experts in the field.

With extensive procedural experience—having performed hundreds of gentle pediatric upper GI endoscopies, colonoscopies, and emergency therapeutic procedures—Dr. Panchanadikar emphasizes accurate, child-safe diagnostics. He holds specialized European committee certifications from ESPGHAN in pediatric enteral nutrition, short bowel syndrome, and foreign body management.

Currently, Dr. Neeraj is working as a consultant in Paediatric Gastroenterology in renowned Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune and his belowed alma-mater Bharati Hospital, Pune. He has also started his own private OPD clinic called ‘Paediatric Gut Clinic’ near Sarasbaug, Pune.

His clinical philosophy centers on ethical medicine: avoiding unnecessary investigations, demystifying medical conditions for parents, and designing sustainable care plans tailored to each child's lifestyle and growth needs.
